Refund & Return Policy

You may return unused, unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Comfort Club+ members receive an extended 60-day window. To start a return, email support@milplumbheat.shop with your order details.

For health and safety reasons, hygiene and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened or the seal is broken. This includes bath salts, bath bombs, soaps, foot-soak products, and shower/water filter cartridges. These are only returnable if faulty or if the item arrives sealed and unused within the return window.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or approving a faulty-item claim. Refunds are made in USD. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.

You can cancel Comfort Club anytime via your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period. Unused benefits (member discounts, shipping perks, seasonal boxes not yet dispatched) are not refunded or converted to cash. See the Terms of Service.
